People today are seeking more and more not only sustainable homes but a community that is so as well. A community who recycles, who produces less and less waste every day because it is so well organized the waste is seen as an opportunity to do something; livable architecture, open spaces to play in, beautiful views to fill up the senses, and a constant breeze to keep us cool. Visualizing such a low density concept is creativity. Making it happen is a gift. Concepts like green roof, earthship homes, and dome houses are a trend today.

Who said bigger is better? Today’s world asks for minimalistic. Today less is the new better.
